JOM BERDIET EVERYONE



To be honest i mmg malas nk diet nk exercise semua tp i seriously xnk ade penyakit2 kronik pulak huhu

OK so what should we do to be in a pink of health ?? senang jer mkn secara sehat n workout hahahah senang jer ckp kn alia..... bwat tgk hehe tp memandangkan i have the experience of losing lebih kurang 40 kilos i believe i can give some advises on how i did it ...... bkn nk belagak x perlu pn semua tu sbb if Yang Maha Esa x bg kurus x kurus jgk kn usaha lah mcm mana pn ...jd yg penting bersyukur :)) br lar dpt keberkatan (dgr tu alia :p jgn ckp jer pandai hehe) ok back to the diet thing, let me list the things i do utk sehat maybe it cn be a guide for u guys out there jgk :))

a) Makan makanan yg byk serat CTH: i love oatkrunch serious sedap hehe or u cn have erm roti wholemeal in the morning very effective for the digestion :))

b) erm i jenis kalau serious nk diet mmg x mkn nasi n dulu i cut on rice for 2 years so x lar susah sgt skarang nk exclude nasi in my diet ... tp for those yg biase dh ngn nasi xpe no worries just cut on the amount... kalau biasa mkn satu pinggan penuh skarang eat just half :))

c) ape lg ea i bwat ..... Owh i pastikan peluh seminggu 5 kali at least 30 to 45 minutes :)) so how , kalau myself i will bwat belly dance n aerobik ke (kadang2 kalau rajin naek trun tangga is very good utk peha bsr jd fit hahaha tp beware sgt penat ...) dancing free style aka no style pn xpa asalkn peluh ..... ps: just do what u are most comfortable doing jln2 kt tmn ke jog ke up to you.... our main goal is too sweat :)

d) elak oily food jgk girls n boys .... how ??? senang jer guna tissue utk buang excess oil in your eggs ke ... it may seem crazy bila org tgk tp itu yg akn save u n make u lose weight ...... so persetan kn kata2 org thats how i do it n i succeeded :))

e)don't make yourself crave food that u love .... the key is moderate eating not cutting off trus benda yg you love causing u to go crazy, moody or sad haha... i pernah bwat smp tekanan n x ckp ngn org mula2 diet dulu time form 5 hehe soooo not effective hehe so ape yg patut adalah jika anda suka kn coklat boleh mkn tp seminggu sekali or twice would be ok ...or if u love ais cream mkn jer tp one scope twice or 3 times a week jd lar kn ...wow now i cn see how easy dieting really is hahaha

OK SO LET US recap blk ape yg patut dilakukan utk sehat in accordance to what i did b4 .... Serat,Nasi,Peluh,Minyak n Moderate eating ...

ok tu key point untuk lose weight .... bile dh bwat keypoint cm ni lg senang nk hafal kn jd jgn bg excuse x leh nk diet lar x reti lar x tahan lar n etc ... with me alasan tu semua meaningless sbb sbnrnye kita ni MaLaS n LeKa .... been there done that :)

JOM lar kita jaga kesihatan sementara masih muda ni kwn2 nanti dh tua metabolisme lg lmbt n senang dpt penyakit lg susah anak cucu nk jage hahaha ... I know we can do it <3

OBSESSION

It’s been a while since I left writing, now I want to write what really matters not just for me but also for the readers (kalau ada yg baca la kan haha). Becoz now is my semester break so I guess updating my blog won’t be a bad idea indeed…….

Let me start with a very popular and interesting issue to discuss on which is BEAUTY mama hahaha…(the last word tu mcm geli jer kn) I must admit sometimes I go overboard with this thing called beauty……. Very seductive and alluring for female and male to have beauty by their side. I guess male wants beautiful companions or gf or wife or mistress or whatever and female on the other hand wants to feel appreciated and owned that so called outer beauty….. i can’t deny im one of the people who is trapped in this world of undeniably ridiculous phenomenon….

Bila dipikirkan balik,who cares what clothes you wear, what brand it is, we just don’t give a damn (ok im lying) hahaha Ramai yg rasa branded stuff is cool kan … just say yes alia your not gonna die sayin it…..But the problem here is are we wasting our money for those items ….. I blum lg lar sebabnye I blum kerja and with no income, I don’t buy those Prada shoes bcoz I have no money … Tapi what will happen when I do have money…. I bet I will also be spending them in such a way that can be considered wasting…. WHY?? Sbb I love buying, new things just makes me happy hehe to be honest it’s dangerous and now it’s time for me tooooo keep myself grounded....

It’s not just material stuff we’re talking about here, but also the obsession for good hair, flawless skin OMG please save me from this ….. kadang2 I feel ridiculous being myself becoz of some obsession I have on how I look how I dress how my skin color is changing due to the whether bla bla bla it goes on and on. Im 21 now so stop this nonsense alia. The most important thing is that you are healthy and fit (jap im not there yet) see your doing it again ,im just never satisfied with the way i look …..

Some call me crazy when I want brighter skin haha xpe I x marah pun… it’s actually very true when people say jgn sibuk pasal muka 24 jam coz it’s stupid …. Im trying my best hehe Now im trying to uphold to the POSITIVE attitude that I portray to my friends. Don’t be too harsh on yourself alia hahahahaha saying this to ‘me self’ is a bit funny n geli pn ada ….. JUST a small reminder for all  Not all of us gonna live till we’re 100 years old so choose your way wisely, Don’t waste all our time thinking how we should look but Think of what we can do to make this LIFE MORE Meaningful… <3

PS: There should be no problem on having or wanting to look good just that ‘OBSESSION’ is never recommended.
