De Clutter ur CloSet GiRLs !!!!


The things we can do to get rid of clothes that we do not need are

a) yg x pakai n x leh pakai lg ( koyak or lusuh terok) tu buang je la kn OBVIOUSLY !! hehe

b) things that u are bored of but still can be worn sila lah bwt jualan bundle jika rajin n u cn make money out of it.... price range can be from rm 10 to rm 20 jgn la mahal2 sgt kn nama pn baju terpakai hehe


c)if ur not into jual2 ni just past on the clothes to your sisters ke ur friends ke or family members ... this is the best way to do some good deeds hehe

d) or cari la tempat2 yg boleh bg ur clothes for charity sale .... this is also another way yg sgt baek n indeed so cool :))

every end of year everyone wants new clothes kn lg lg college students so to avoid cluttering your closet due to over buying u can opt for the above :))

WHITE WHITE WHITE n MoRe WHITE



not everyone is into white but to me white is a color of innocence n happiness, u can be dark or fair the truth of the matter is everyone can rock in white !!!

LOOKS ON CAMPUS







this is pretty much what can be worn on campus la kan but if nk edgy lg u guys should try different styles ..... org might say kita over tp who cares u are what u are, we wont be in our 20's forever kn .. hehe







kena bwt citation ni if not kena saman pulak haha all this is taken from collage fahsion.net ... they have cool articles on what to wear ,how to cope college stress, how to change your style n etc .....

but remember clothes does not define who we are, the way we carry ourself shows the confident level we have , in our university life we should use the experience we have to move forward n not the other way around :))

We wont be on top all the time , there will be downfall we must endure but the most important thing is not to give up ... the more we fall the more mature we become as human being :))

EXERCISE TV

So after lama sgt cuti dr bersenam i started my routine of working out ...
but this is different because i used exercise tv from youtube to get me moving hehe
its hardddd but i can fell my body reacting positively towards the moves...

TP SAKIT BADAN sbb br 4 times doin the routine .... CRAZY SENGALLLL BDN NK JLN PN PELIK HAHA .... BUT ITS WORTH IT ....

U GUYS SHOULD TRY IT ..... GET TONED :))

Fat BuRning FooD


Milk

Milk kan sgt tinggi ngan calsium so it basically helps to increase our metabolism rate tu yg bgusnye milk ni. Honestly im not a milk person or a milk lover tp bcoz of it health benefits masuk jgk la dlm mulut hehe


Whole grain cereal

Whole grain cereal is very rich of complex carbohydrate and fiber, so it helps kita punya digestion to be better dan juga keep our metabolism high. Obviously it burn our fat faster :))


Oats

Oatmeal is very2 recommended to be eaten for breakfast,sape2 yg nak burn calories cepat amalkan lar mkn oatmeal. how does it help us ?? when insulin production goes down sbb tu it promote more calories to be burned through out the day.


Spicy Meals (Chili)

One study found that eating just one spicy meal a day boosts metabolism by up to 25 percent (AOL Health). hehe so sape yg suka spicy food is very fortunate la :))


Green Tea

EGCG a chemical dlm green tea triggers the brain and nervous system to operate faster and helps us to burn more calories. Sama jgk macm minum coffee yg ada caffeine yg boleh improve our heart beat rate and blood circulations. But ingat coffee bkn yg banyak susu mcm kita suka minum tu ,that one will just increase our sugar level..
