So after lama sgt cuti dr bersenam i started my routine of working out ...
but this is different because i used exercise tv from youtube to get me moving hehe
its hardddd but i can fell my body reacting positively towards the moves...
TP SAKIT BADAN sbb br 4 times doin the routine .... CRAZY SENGALLLL BDN NK JLN PN PELIK HAHA .... BUT ITS WORTH IT ....
U GUYS SHOULD TRY IT ..... GET TONED :))
