Fat BuRning FooD
Milk
Milk kan sgt tinggi ngan calsium so it basically helps to increase our metabolism rate tu yg bgusnye milk ni. Honestly im not a milk person or a milk lover tp bcoz of it health benefits masuk jgk la dlm mulut hehe
Whole grain cereal
Whole grain cereal is very rich of complex carbohydrate and fiber, so it helps kita punya digestion to be better dan juga keep our metabolism high. Obviously it burn our fat faster :))
Oats
Oatmeal is very2 recommended to be eaten for breakfast,sape2 yg nak burn calories cepat amalkan lar mkn oatmeal. how does it help us ?? when insulin production goes down sbb tu it promote more calories to be burned through out the day.
Spicy Meals (Chili)
One study found that eating just one spicy meal a day boosts metabolism by up to 25 percent (AOL Health). hehe so sape yg suka spicy food is very fortunate la :))
Green Tea

Sama jgk macm minum coffee yg ada caffeine yg boleh improve our heart beat rate and blood circulations. But ingat coffee bkn yg banyak susu mcm kita suka minum tu ,that one will just increase our sugar level..
